Go To Downloads> Steam Library Folders
Step 3:
Right click > Delete all Library Folders
Step 4:
Create / ADD >New Library Folders ( on wanted partition )
Final step : Install the game you want !

How to make 100 FPS to Counter Strike !
This tutorial is made only for Nvidia video cards !
Go to Advenced settings at nvidia control panel and set Vertical Sync >Force Off
Apply and Save
Then go to Counter-Strike console and write :

Cannot create random_map.h3m in data directory . Heroes 3 error !
If u get the "Cannot create random_map.h3m in data directory" error from heroes 3 u can simply fix this if :
1. U go to main directory of Heroes 3 game and create a NEW FOLDER with name " random_maps "
2. Restart the game , Just exit and go in again.
3. Enjoy the game.
