Step 1:
Open Steam > Settings
Step 2:
Go To Downloads> Steam Library Folders
Step 3:
Right click > Delete all Library Folders
Step 4:
Create / ADD >New Library Folders ( on wanted partition )
Final step : Install the game you want !
